1. Business Scope
RBT Stone supplies stone materials and related products, including but not limited to:

• Stone slabs

• Boards and sheets

• Fabricated and non-fabricated materials

Products may be sold with or without installation services. Installation is a separate service unless explicitly stated in writing

2. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by RBT Stone

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
   

An order is considered confirmed once payment (full or partial) is received.
3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in applicable local currency unless otherwise stated

• Payment must be made in full before materials are released or installation begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Deposits are non-refundable once processing or fabrication has started
   

4. Materials, Measurements & Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements unless measurements are taken by RBT Stone

• RBT Stone is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer or third parties

Once materials are cut or fabricated, responsibility transfers to the customer.

5. Natural Stone Disclaimer
Stone is a natural product. Variations in:

• Color

• Veining

• Texture

• Thickness

are inherent and not considered defects. Display samples and images are for reference only and may not represent the exact material supplied.

6. Inspection Upon Pickup or Delivery
Customers must inspect all materials at the time of pickup or delivery.
Any visible damage, shortages, or defects must be reported immediately or within 48 hours.
Claims made after this period may not be honored.

7. Installation Services (If Applicable)

• Installation services are provided only where explicitly agreed

• RBT Stone is not responsible for installation performed by third parties

• Once installation begins, materials are deemed accepted
   

RBT Stone is not liable for issues caused by site conditions, structural defects, or pre-existing surfaces.

8. No Responsibility After Cutting or Installation
RBT Stone bears no responsibility for materials once they are:

• Cut

• Fabricated

• Installed

• Modified

This applies regardless of who performed the work.

9. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Delivery, Handling & Risk Transfer

• Risk transfers to the customer once materials are collected or delivered

• RBT Stone is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transport after delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• RBT Stone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Liability is limited to the value of the materials or services supplied
   

12. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, logos, and materials are the property of RBT Stone and may not be copied or used without written permission.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jamaica].

14. Amendments
RBT Stone reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
