
Refund policy
RBT Stone supplies stone materials and related products, including but not limited to slabs, boards, sheets, and fabricated or non-fabricated stone materials, with or without installation services. Due to the nature of these products, the following policy applies.
1. Material Sales (No Installation Required)
RBT Stone sells materials independently of installation services.
Purchases of slabs, boards, sheets, or other materials are subject to this policy whether or not installation is provided by RBT Stone.
2. All Sales Are Final – Custom & Cut-to-Size Materials
All custom-cut, fabricated, altered, or special-order materials are non-refundable and non-returnable once an order is confirmed or production has started.
This includes:

Custom-cut slabs or boards
-
Fabricated stone pieces
-
Special-order materials, colors, or finishes
3. Standard Material Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
Returns may be accepted only for standard, non-custom materials under the following conditions:

Materials must be unused, uncut, uninstalled, and in original condition

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery or pickup
-
Proof of purchase is required
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
4. Inspection Responsibility Upon Pickup or Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting all materials (slabs, boards, sheets, and related products) at the time of pickup or delivery.
Any visible damage, defects, or shortages must be reported before acceptance or within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Damaged or Defective Materials
If materials are received damaged or defective:

Notify RBT Stone within 48 hours

Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

Retain original packaging
After verification, RBT Stone may offer:

Replacement materials
-
Store credit
-
Refund (at our discretion)
6. Natural Stone Variations
Stone is a natural material. Variations in color, veining, thickness, shade, texture, or pattern are natural characteristics and not defects.
Such variations do not qualify for returns or refunds.
7. No Refunds After Cutting, Fabrication, or Installation
Once materials are:

Cut
-
Fabricated
-
Installed
-
Modified by the customer or a third party
they become non-refundable and non-returnable, regardless of who performed the work.
8. Shipping, Handling & Storage Fees

Delivery, shipping, handling, and storage fees are non-refundable

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is confirmed to be ours
9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if processing or fabrication has not started

Once processing begins, cancellations are not permitted
10. Limitation of Liability
RBT Stone is not responsible for:

Improper handling after pickup or delivery

Damage caused by third-party installers
-
Installation errors when installation is not performed by RBT Stone
11. Acceptance of Policy
By purchasing materials or services from RBT Stone, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Returns Policy in full.
