1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns for PVC boards are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (does not match the confirmed order)

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

• The boards are unused, uncut, and in their original condition and packaging

Custom-sized, cut-to-order, or specially manufactured PVC boards are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Boards that have been cut, drilled, installed, or altered

• Custom or special-order PVC boards

• Clearance or discounted items (unless defective or damaged upon delivery)

• Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation

3. Damage or Defect Claims

Customers are required to:

• Inspect PVC boards immediately upon delivery

• Clearly note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

• Submit photographic or video evidence when filing a claim

Claims reported after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

After approval of the return or claim:

• Refunds will be issued only after inspection of the returned product

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method

• Refund processing typically takes 7–14 business days

Shipping, handling, and labor costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

5. Replacement Option

Depending on availability, we may offer a replacement PVC board instead of a refund.

6. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect delivery

• Items must be properly packed to prevent damage during return transit

• We are not responsible for damage occurring during return shipping

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch without penalty

• Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and may be subject to applicable charges
