RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of quartz slabs, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (different from the order confirmation).

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The slab is unused, uncut, and in its original condition and packaging.

Custom-cut, fabricated, or specially ordered slabs are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Slabs that have been cut, installed, or altered

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation after delivery

3. Damage or Defect Claims

Customers must:

  • Inspect the product at the time of delivery

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt

  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof when submitting a claim

Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

4. Refund Process

Once the return or claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 7–14 business days after approval

Shipping, handling, and installation charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Option

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement slab instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our mistake

  • Products must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage

  • We are not responsible for damage during return shipping

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch without penalty

  • Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as a return and subject to applicable charges
